Living Classics

Role

Scrum Master

Responsibilities

While waiting for my next project to spin up, I assumed the role of Scrum Master on Living Classics to help lead the team to communicate, self-organize, and rapidly adapt to changing needs and requirements.

  • Helped research and establish methodologies that worked for various disciplines.

    • Our art team was unhappy with the traditional Scrum framework. I proposed and coached them move towards the Kanban framework that more closely aligned with art development pipelines.

    • Led the Art and Engineering teams and helped them mesh Kanban and Scrum frameworks and reach their milestones.

  • Launched Living Classics on Facebook, helping guide and protect the team in a supporting role as Certified Scrum Master.

  • Ensured Facebook platform requirements were followed across the team.

  • Participated in regular user testing, feedback analysis, and response planning and development.

  • Helped launch Living Classics on Facebook.

  • Mentored and met regularly with new Scrum Masters while promoting agile development across AGS projects.

Post Launch

  • Moved to Lead Design role on Photo Agent.

  • Vision leader for multiple mobile game concepts.

  • System design, content development, tuning, and Unity/C# scripting on multiple preproduction titles.
