  • Co-founded and managed Q Studios, an indie dev team

  • Secured a publisher and negotiated the contract and development budget

  • Responsible for scheduling, budgets, and capex

  • Established the vision for the game and gameplay

  • Created and maintained game design documentation

  • Prototyped levels and scripted game flow

  • Designed and co-developed game systems, weapons, AI, movement, scoring, events, and rendering effects

  • Negotiated the merger with Monolith Productions​

Monolith Productions

  • Lead Programmer from alpha to release for both Blood and the Blood: Plasma Pak add-on

  • Designed and implemented new competitive game features, including a Capture the Flag mode

  • Championed and communicated the product vision throughout the studio

  • Play-balancing of game systems, weapons, enemy AI, level design and difficulty, and multiplayer functionality

  • Managed feedback from the core team, QA department, play-testers, and executive team
