Led the Jumala.com team from alpha through launch of closed beta, plus regular content and feature updates to the live service.
Evangelized agile development to the team, leading to successfully meeting our milestones and achieving high visibility with executive team and VC partners, which kept our project afloat.

Promoted agile within the studio helping move the team from ad-hoc sprints to full agile development.
Facilitated all aspects of our agile processes, including daily stand-ups, retrospectives, release and iteration planning, continuous improvement, transparency, and open team communication.
Content Manager
Planned and coordinated the production of content releases through art production teams in China.
As ad hoc art director, led the creative design and provided aesthetic feedback across a variety of themed work orders and content releases.
Collaborated daily with the technical artist for content reviews and feedback.
Game Designer
Assumed a leadership role in game design just prior to closed beta and collaborated daily with the team to successfully create and release multiple engaging UGC game systems, in-game items, and client features.
