Gameplay Director
Established the gameplay vision for a third-person, multiplayer, open world survival horror game set in a post-apocalyptic Old West on the American frontier
Co-creator of internal and external pitch decks for the survival horror game
Researched and integrated plugins, asset packages, and blueprints used within our UE5 playable demo
Created a Miro establishing gameplay and scripted moments for the UE5 playable demo, and proposing UX flows and UI wireframes
Participated in the creation of every aspect of the UE5 playable demo, from the initial concept and storyboarding, to level layout, blueprints, datatables, anims, blendspaces, behavior trees, lighting, weather, music, SFX, VFX, and event cues
Created or processed and then integrated all sound effects and music
Created, tested, evaluated, and released daily and weekly builds for the team and stakeholders
Drove the project and led the team to hit key milestones for D.I.C.E. and GDC pitches by our CEO
Studio Leadership
Created project budgets, milestone-based staffing plans, and revenue projections for our survival game pitch for PC and console teams from concept, to preproduction, launch, and beyond
Recruited and currently co-manage a cross-discipline team of external contractors while building the playable demo
Recruited, interviewed, and evaluated Director, Principal, Lead, and Senior candidates for key team roles
Created designs and decks for several candidate projects
